The Manyara Gamay is sourced from our cool climate vineyard in Balhannah, Adelaide Hills.
Deep purple, crimson hues. Deep and brooding blood plum, mulberry compot, raspberry leaf, roasted coffee beans, pink peppercorns and cloves.
A rich yet bright plethora of dark berries, currants, black forest cake and morello cherries. All wrapped in fine mouth coating tannins and toasty, chocolatey oak.
Hand picked, 30% whole bunch pressed, 70% destemmed to open fermenters for 3 days. Wild ferment, carbonic fermentation, 30% new oak.
